Admist all the posturing by the *Jena 6* and those who are defending them, we seem to forget that one kid had the hell beat out of him and ended up in the emergency room. There has been so much misinformation posted that people are jumping to conclusions without having all the facts.

jon wilson, you have your info wrong. It wasn’t LSU, it was ULM and trust me, most of us think that those kids showed an appling lack of common/good sense.

Why didn’t they refute bias in the jury selection when they had the chance? Racial inequity sucks but so does getting the crap beat out of you- we all bleed red in the North and the South too.
