Some black women would like to know:

When will bm stop terrorizing the communities in which they live. ex. Dunbar Village in Florida. Why haven’t the so called community leaders spoken up about this?
I protested in Jena, LA; yet, where is the leadership speaking in defense of this woman and her son? Some of us blk. woman are getting a little tired of hearing about how black people need to defend bm. The so called leadership need to focus just as much attention on all of these single female lead households.

When will more educated and affulent bm give back to the Colleges and Universities from which they have graduated?

When will some educated bm stop passing over educated bw for uneducated other race females? Some say bw graduate from various Colleges/Universities in higher numbers compared to bm…is that the bw’s fault because she knows the value of an education?

How long are bw expected to hold up the “community”? I never hear anyone expecting bm to hold up the “community” and alot of bm could careless. The “community” should have higher expectations for all of its people.

I believe this achievement will mean little. Sure, they make history but how does that affect the US? Will inner city schools where predominantly minorities reside suddenly rise to the levels of those out in the suburbs? Will the black face & ghetto parties at colleges around the country end? Will the police quit shooting, tazing, beating, & intimidating our black men?

No.

It’ll just be another point to throw in our face that America can’t possibly be racist cuz look, we have a Black president.
