I have lived in Europe since 2002 and always vote from abroad. You can too. Will you be studying overseas in the Fall? Do you have friends and loved ones in the military?
Go to Vote From Abroad and register to vote if necessary and/or request an absentee ballot.

I will be in France on November 4 but I will not be in Paris. Is it possible to vote before I leave or what I can to vote when I am there.
From what I know you can request an absentee ballot from your State to be sent to your US address to be filled out before you leave for Europe.
Check with you State voting board today. Vote From Abroad.org should have your State voting contact information.
