The general conclusion that Islam is not suitable for the blacks merely because there is discrimination in Sudan is based on a wrong and misconceived premises. The assertion would have been valid had the Quraan tought about discrimination. In the same token it is not proper to question the correctness of Christianity merely because there are some priests in Europe who favour sodomy.

As a Christian myself, I said above that the problem with Christianity is Christians. Let me clarify that statement. I didn’t mean all Christians… I meant Christians like you. I also stated that if Christ returned to the earth today and preached his message, it’s these same so-called “Christians” who would be screaming “Crucify Him!” This would certainly be you. I can clearly see you at the front of the crowd leading the mob of self-righteous Christian hypocrites, whom Christ himself called “Vipers and Devils” in his day… back then they were called Pharisees and Saducees… calling for his death.

You like to recommend books for others to read. Let me recommend one for you: The Bible. Start at Genesis and follow through to Revelations. As you read, ask God to open your “spiritual eyes” to see the truth… not just your truth. Ask God to open your “spiritual mind” to accept the truth… not just our obstinate narrow-minded version of the truth. And finally but more importantly, to soften your “spiritual heart” so you can gain wisdom so as to truly understand what it means to “judge not”.

What many of you do not understand is that the the Creator does not really need us.

We are the ones who need God. Abraham alone with his faith was enough for God .
Noah’s famiy was excused and saved because of Noah.

I have two problems with lslam:
I do not believe Islam is a spiritual religion.
I believe Islam is a political system and there is little universality in this religion.

Yes we share language , culture and even bloodline with many Westeners and I have no problem with that.

I do not have a problem with identification. My problem is with those who are causing harm and damage to others.

Jihad was issued against the people of south Sudan, Darfur and the many black tribes that practice Islam in Sudan.

You see many black Africans still cling to their tribal unislamic ways and the so called Islamic police are having a fit.There is an agenda to make Sudan Islamic by any means necessary.

I have never once mentioned Christianity because Jesus never even talked about Christianity.

Christ brought a message of redemption and reconciling the Creation back to Yahweh.

Ethiopians and Armenians were two of the early people who received Christ’s message.

Many of the early people who followed Christ were Jewish and then the message shifted to the Greeks who later became too sophisticated for their own good.

Christ’s message stirred among Romans until Emperor Constantine declared Cristianity official religion and we know how inmoral the Romans were.

Then the religion shifted to all over Europe proper and we know the history there with Martin Luther.
Materialistic and atheistic Europeans were not the best people to teach Christ’s belief.

This faith or belief system then came to the Americas with the Europeans and we all know the story of the Atlantic Slave Trade and at the same time, Europeans finding passages in the Bible to justify slavery.

Every one of those Africans above those slave ships knew the Creator.
Every indigenous person in the Americas knew God.

They may not have known about Jesus and the redemptive message but they knew God.

God has no other busisness to do but to shift his gospel to elsewhere whenever He encounters foolishness.

Don’t ever believe I am judging Muslism per se, those who call themselves Christians are notorious for their hatred.

As a Christian, I agree with you wholeheartedly with your sentiments here.

During my pilgrimmage to West Africa, I visited slave castles in Ghana, and saw with my own eyes where Europeans had built their churchs right over the pits where they kept rebellious Africans who refused to be slaves, and starved them to death as an example to the other captives. I remember thinking to myself at the time that here were so-called Christians, who sang hymns, prayed to God and preached about the love of Christ, while they had other human beings right under their feet starving to death!

Some may say that was then, but it’s not like that now, while the practitioners of Islam today are the ones still practising slavery and violence in Africa. However as you correctly state: “I can say that there are many Christians who have and continue to practice the same kind of butchery. There are also groups like the Lords Resistance Army in northern Uganda, led by the self-proclaimed Prophet of God, Joseph Kony, who claims to communicate with the Holy Spirit, that are fighting to establish a theocratic state based on the tenets of the ten commandments. The LRA engage in the abduction of children for their army, murder, mutilation and the sexual enslavement of women and girls… all in the name of the Christian God.

I made it very clear with my facts above.
Abraham knew God as Jehovah. Descendants of mankind are blessed because of Abraham’s faith.

You are the simple one because this is the crux:

From the very beginning, God’s plan was to redeem mankind sins with the blood of Jehovah Yeshua. Islam is another story altogether. The tenets of Islam do not coincide with Jehovah God’s original plan. And Muhamad is not of the lineage of all the other prophets.
We are not talking religion, but the teachings of the Almighty Creator. You folks love to take aspect of the Scriptures and rthen say that Allah is Jehovah. What about the redemtion aspect?
And Europe is not and has never been Christian. Stop fooling yourself.

Mankind has to be reemed to be reconciled with the Almighty and that aspect does not exist within Islam.
You should ask yourself why a loving God who is interested in the salvation of everyone would create 70 virgins or maybe resurrect them just to please men. This foolishness is not of God. We were not created to praise anyone but to glorify God. Almighty God would never do such thing. Islam’s teaching does not match that of the loving God Abraham worshipped and Jesus spoke of.

Ana, you have to get your facts straight! In fact, your comments seem quite hateful. One would be foolish to think that Christianity was not spread the in worse ways then Islam was. Have we forgotten the Transatlantic Slave Trade. Africa continues to be exploited by America/Europeans under the umbrella of Christianity. Not to mention the good old evangelist that come to Africa curing the blind and deaf!

As an African-American Muslim, I am disgusted with my Muslim brothers who are led by ignorance. We must separate Islam from Muslims. There is nothing wrong with Islam, just how its interpreted. I can say that there are horrible Christians in America, and yes they are but I will never blame Christianity.

You know many Afro-Arabs have a serious identity complex, they think they Arab. While they may have Arab blood their physical traits do no resemble what we think of as Arab. Now Africans/ African Americans have the same problem. In fact, any race of people that has been enslaved by another has that problem. Look Black and African women perming their hair? African women bleaching there skin? You cannot just say this a North African problem! There are blacks all throughout South and Central America who are beaten and discriminated against, and they claim Christianity and are good ole Christian god fearing people. We African-Americans have the same complex. We men prefer light skin girls. Some African-American women would have a child with a guy if the feel is hair texture would not be nappy.

You mentioned that Ethiopians and Armenians were the first Christians. Well here is something interesting:

This is Aramaic not Arabic and we see that Allah was the originator of creation. He was mentioned since the very beginning of scripture. Allah has also declared himself in Isaiah 46:9 that he is Allah and there is no one else.

We can go further into the religion of Jesus (May peace be with him) and closely examine his teachings because they very much coincide with Islam. A Muslim will never argue against these beautiful lessons and as a Muslim, I have no troublr admitting that I follow thses teachings from the New Testament Mark 12:29, ” And Jesus answered him, The first of all commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord Allah, The Lord is one.”

With that being said, I have always believe that people seeking religion are seeking truth. So, before you go off the wall with your comments, seriously compare and contrast religious text before sounding so simple.

There is universality in Christianity. I do not understand why everyone always equate Christianity with Europeans.

Christianity flourished very long before outside of the power of the Romans.

Early Christians were not even Europeans.

Nothing in the Biblical texts speak about Islam.

Muhamad is not part of the lineage that Jehovah God would have used either.

Ask any Muslim the name of God and they say Allah.
God told Abraham, Moses and all the other prophets his name. They all knew God as Yahweh (Jehovah).

But the main reason why Allah is not the God of Abraham is because from the very beginning, God made it clear that his Creation had to be redeemed with the blood of Jehovah Yeshua.

Until Muslims get this part included in their doctrines, Islam will never be the religion of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Moses.
It cannot be about speaking Arabic, turning to the east and praying five times a day or visiting Mecca.

Sinful mankind has to be redeemed. No ritual is going to save us.

Many have forgotten that force and violence are part and parcel of Islam in its quest to attain converts.

Today,the descendants of the Arabs and African women are the ones who hate black Africans .
This group of people have Arab surnames, speak Arabic, can memorize the Quran and one cannot dispute them that they are not Arabs. They would argue and spit blood to let you know they are Arabs.

I do nort know what is the interest of black people in Islam.
There is really no sharing of power at all for blacks within Islam.
Religiosity is not only about worshipng and spirituality but also of attaining some type of power similar to that of the Supreme God. In a good way of course, because real power is always good.
Furthermore, I do not even believe that Allah is the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Moses .

Islam could have been relegated mainly to the Arabs if they had not used violence. There is no universality in Islam . This religion is similar to Hinduism.

I hope African muslims wake up out of their blind and ignorant stupor and recognize what Islam really is all about.

There is nothing good for black people in Islam but degradation,invisibility, fakeness and a second class spirituality.
