I have always enjoyed following the anatomy of dictators. kagame strikes me as a very canny if very typical. he has completed stage 1 which is to terrify the people into believing he is their saviour (mugabe - v whites/ dissidents), Bush - (war on terror), museveni - (tribalism), now kagame - (genocide). the sooner rwandans realise they arent going anywhere with this man the better off for them. otherwise in his lies to be protecting them he is simply busy brewing another genocide day. like mugabe/museveni you will see how he will try to cling to power by annhilating opponents by any means, like hes already doing with that woman. if rwanda should again descend into killing caos, i will blame the western powers like uk, us who blindly support this maid with unquestionined aid money while he claerlt stifles debate in his country. the world needs to wake up. you have a BIG DICTATOR in charge. be very very worried!

In 1994, from April - June, powerful Countries seating at the UN Security council lobbied hard not to use the word "Genocide", some Countries voted for the withdrawal of UN Troops.

African Nations did not do anything to save lives, including neighbouring East African Nations.

The Countries that remember well to have voted not to intervene to save Rwandans from Genocide have yet again been trying their best to host Academics,Journalists who deny Genocide ever occured.

The bureaucracy that prevented lives to be saved is something that we cannot forget.

As we approach the commemoration of the Rwanda Genocide against Tutsi, let us pay respect to those we didn't do anything to save, let us continue to look at ways we can support the survivors to rebuild their lives, this will be the moral thing to do to support our Fellow Africans.
